The normal route to it was inaccessible however there was another route still open.
Other than that my room was clean, airy and comfortable with aircon while the staff were helpful.

Excellent Wedding Weekend
Stayed multiple times , rooms are always spotless clean , beds are very comfortable and everything is working in order.
Customer service is outstanding from Reception Staff with warm welcome to Bar and Resturant with very delicious food and drinks to Housekeeping Staff looking after all the guest.
Last time I stayed for my brother's and sister in law Wedding,with a large group of English guests ,everyone was really helpful and made all the effort to make them feel like at home, the hotel staff did extra mile in really busy time and everyone was so kind and polite.
The Wedding was beautiful and General Manager and her assistant did an excellent job to make sure everything was perfect.
I would highly recommend this hotel , it 's got really high customer service standard.
