Deep in the forest
Out of nowhere and you are in an odd place. Nothing special around except a deep forest and a few remote houses watched by dogs. The palace or rather a huge noble house is interested in its strange style. Rooms are spacious and with sufficient comfort.
Pros:
Quiet place difficult to forget. Reasonable prices and outstanding hospitality. We have got coffee and cake for free as a part of an invitation bonus. Breakfast is exceptional and in real country style.
Cons:
It is out of the main road and the road to the hotel is partly poor. No elevator can be an issue for handicapped people.
We will be back for sure - recommended.

Recommended if you are in the area
We struggled to find accommodation in the area around Walcz and eventually found this place about 30 minutes away. It was a lovely hotel, the rooms were huge, the food was plentiful (special mention for the soup - we had 3 dinners in our 4 nights and every night the soup was the star - not something either of us would usually order from a menu, but these really were wonderful), the staff were helpful and the surroundings were peaceful. Not an area we would have chosen, nor one we would rush back to, but if you have to be there then this is good place to stay.

Calm and beautiful place to spend your summer
My family and I spent three days at this beautiful manoir. We stayed in a spacious apartment that had two rooms (with double beds) and a huge bathroom. The whole apartment was super comfortable. What is more, they offer delicious breakfast and dinner with home-made pasta and jams.
The manoir is surrounded with forests and lakes - a great option for those willing to bike, swim or go for a walk during the day. Even though we travelled there in August it was almost empty around which was incredibly relaxing. The atmosphere is truly magical.

Romantic place in the middle of nowhere.
I liked the place. It is in the wild forest. We were told that there live deers, bisons and other wild animals live there but we didn't notice any. About 3 km near is very clean lake with small beach and only a few people there, mostly locals from the nearest village. There are also many other lakes in the area. The house is old, stylish and only partly renovated so it keeps authentic style. Floors, doors, furniture, décor seem to be original. Owners are almost invisible, there is no reception desk. Small staff is discreet but helpful. Breakfasts were really very delicious. It's prepared with local products like cottage cheese, hams, sausages, jams etc. and prepared omelets, scrambled eggs or pancake. Diners are typical polish and also tasty but too expensive comparing prices to nearest restaurants. Just near the house there is a grass and flower garden with tables and deckchairs. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, prices of accommodation are moderate. Tranquility and nature but it's the place for person who really like it. The other people can get bored. And the car is of course necessary.
On the other hand, it is a "palace" but you won't find any signs of luxury. There are no fridges in rooms, (not to mentioning about A/C), I didn't notice SAT TV, just polish channels. Wi-fi signal is very weak. Our apartment wasn't cleaned during all 3-days stay. There is also lack of any written information about rules, prices, and offer. There are no repellent though the forest in the summer is full of any kinds of mosquitoes.

Great time in a beautiful manor house
We spent in Orle one week in August 2014 together with our Polish and Swiss family.
He had a wonderful time and very relaxing holidays.
The hotel is located at the end of a tiny village, Orle. The building is hidden behind a high hedge. Already at the arrival the hotel seemed to be taken out of a fairy tale. Upon entering the building this impression got even stronger. The place radiates very special, magical atmosphere.
It was also great service with a truly personal touch that made a difference.
Breakfast selection was very good, varied, delicious, fresh and plenty:)
We tried also lunch and supper which turned out to be well prepared Polish cuisine made of local products.
The weather during our stay was just great and we spent time reading in the garden, taking walks in the forest or going to the nearby lake for a swim (the lake is surrounded only by forest and exceptionally clean). We did also number of trips to the local tourist attractions and towns.
The children will have nice time playing with the kids from the village.
For the room section the apartments are very spacious and overlooking garden. Upon arrival, ask the staff to show the available rooms, each room is unique.
We really recommend Hotel Orle and we will be coming back next summer.
