Easter with family.
We spent Easter at the Trzy Jeziora Hotel. It was delicious and comfortable, there is a casual and very nice atmosphere. The staff is committed and the area is well-kept. One of the dinners took place by the lake, in a tavern, and a fire was burning by the water. A very nice place with beautiful nature around.

Terrible
Terrible Booking Experience
This was one of the worst bookings I've ever had. I was robbed on the property, and when I reported the incident to the reception, it turned out that not all the cameras were working. The staff didn't take any responsibility for the incident; they just took my phone number and said they would report the situation to the IT department. There was no apology whatsoever - the situation was completely ignored.
The photos on the website are misleading. The room is much darker than it appears in the photos, and the premium room listing shows photos of different rooms, so you don't know what you're going to get when you check in.
Breakfast was included in the price, but the quality varied greatly. The offer on the website describes a "rich breakfast based on our own products and local suppliers," but that's not always the case. On the first day, breakfast was served on a plate with the cheapest white bread, a few slices of cold cuts and cheese, wilted arugula, and two small cherry tomatoes. On the second day, there was a buffet with the variety I expected based on the description.
The balcony was dirty, with bird droppings on the bench and old leaves and cobwebs on the floor. The Wi-Fi was free in the room but had almost zero signal. The nightstand lamp had a burned-out bulb.
The hotel has a gym and sauna, which was a nice perk, but there were more disappointments here. The sauna itself was okay, but it was turned off during my stay and the temperature dropped quickly. When I reported this to the reception, I was told, "It's working now." Again, no apology. The relaxation area also needs renovation. The jacuzzi and jets didn't work (only one jet did), and you could smell sewage and hear running water from a separate room. The gym isn't advertised on the website, so I wasn't disappointed with it.
To top it all off, there was another surprise when I was leaving. When I was loading my luggage into the car, I discovered that the street was closed and we couldn't leave because they were paving the asphalt. Of course, the hotel didn't inform me about this.
The only positive aspect of the property is its location, which I consider to be excellent. However, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I strongly advise against staying there. You can find better accommodations for your vacation.

Relaxation by the forest lake.
The first impression was not encouraging: The entrance to the parking lot was surrounded by a pile of stones and mess. Small room with a broken TV. However, the following days changed our perspective. The center has a wide offer. There are kalayaks, pedal boats and road bikes. Nice restaurant and cafe by the waterfront. Close to cycling and walking routes. Kayaking trail "under your nose". There is a great SPA. You can get a massage. Therefore, the recreational offer compensates for the inconvenience of accommodation.

Family meeting
I didnt stay at the place, but used the restaurant part to host a family meeting. I dealt with Maciej, who is the head of food department of the hotel. He was professional, lovely person, easy to deal with and very very accommodating, present yet not overbearing. Food was tasty and good value for money. There was vegetarian dishes as well as gluten free ones. Overall I would really recommend the place for family related celebrations. The place is situated in the forest, with playroom for kids and playground which I found perhaps a little dated, but it was in full working order and safe.

BRUD! BRUD! BRUD!
Niestey SPA tego nazwac nie można, nie dośc ze jest jedno jaczzuzi na cały ośrodek (jedno wciąż zepsute) to brud w nim był niesamowity, aż słabo.
Niestety nie było także powitalnej herbaty ani ciasta, o wszytsko trzeba było dopytywac obsługę. Możliwośc zarezerwowania chocby kręgli opatrzona była rezerwacją, o czym też dowiedziałam się za późno.
Niestety jedynie na plus można uzna jedzenie i to wszytsko.
Szkoda pieniędzy, a określanie tego miejsca mianem SPA to czyste oszustwo i złodziejstwo.
