The best holiday destination ever !!!!

Absolutny amazing! Foody, atractions and all necessary stuff! Love it and come back all over again!! Life guard to take care od your kids in swimming bouncing castle!! Thank you manager KASIA ! For kindly hosting and be always beautiful and happy to see us !!! Love ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great stay, great

Exceptional experience: 6 days of pure well-being holiday!
We stayed at Amber Park Hotel & SPA for a full seven nights and the whole experience was absolutely outstanding. Even the arrival and check-in went smoothly thanks to the friendly and professional reception of Sylvia. You feel welcome immediately.
The room was a perfect retreat throughout the week. It was not only spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated, but also very quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable – best quality sleep guaranteed! Of particular note is the room service, which always worked thoroughly and discreetly.
Gastronomy:
The breakfast buffet was delicious every morning: fresh, regional and varied. Even the dinner was always a treat. The Quality of food and attentive Service in the restaurant area were very good
Service & personnel:
What really sets Amber Park Hotel & SPA apart is the staff. Throughout the week, every member of staff, from cleaning staff to reception, was extraordinarily warm, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. You always had the feeling that the well-being of the guests comes first.
Wellness / amenities: The wellness area is small but very nicely designed and offers the perfect relaxation after a long day.
Conclusion after 6 days:
This stay fully met our expectations in every respect. The hotel offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort and personalized Service. We can fully recommend this place and are already planning our next visit!

Desert construction site,nothing in the area.Information about walking distances incorrect.Dining room corresponds to a canteen.Totally overpriced stay.

A super great hotel - small but fine and 100% recommended

Exceptional experience: 3 days of pure well-being!
We stayed for a full 3 nights at Amber Park Hotel & SPA - the occasion was our golden wedding. We were too gasr as a family with 18 people - 6 of them Indian and the whole experience was absolutely outstanding. Even the contact in advance was more than top ! The arrival and check-in also went smoothly thanks to the friendly and professional reception of KLaudia. You feel welcome immediately.
We had booked 3 cottages and these were a perfect retreat all along. The houses were not only spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated, but also very quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable – best quality sleep guaranteed!
Gastronomy:
The breakfast buffet was delicious every morning: fresh, regional and varied. Even the dinner was always a treat. The quality of the food and the attentive service in the restaurant area were very good.
We had our wedding day on Saturday and had ordered a festive table. It was festively covered - but the price-performance ratio was unfortunately not quite right. The hotel manager apologized super nicely afterwards - although he couldn't help it.
Mr Lucas is a super nice competent hotel manager.
Of particular note is the loving nature of Klaudia.
Monica was also very helpful and patient in advance.

Construction site, dangerous for children - never again

Accommodation not recommended. You are lured with false promises and if you write the truth, you are asked to delete the truthful review by email, phone and WhatsApp.
The hotel is not 500m but 1.3km from beach. Sidewalk min. 30 min. with children longer.
Not childproof!
The property is surrounded by unsecured construction sites. There's building remains everywhere. Even in the sandbox of the playground there are sharp-edged concrete residues, cable ties, construction foam, tile shards. The baby swing loosened two of four screws. In the indoor playground, the nets have large holes so that children can strangle.
Lots of outlets, none childproof.
Food:
Buffet lukewarm or cold. Cake is left unchanged in the display case for 10 days.
Meal times unfavourable. 4:00pm for dinner much too early. 6:00 p.m. buffet looted. Breakfast only from 8:00 am. Late for the early dinner
Bedroom very small. Bed 1.60m wide. Up to the wall 20/30cm each. Bath on the ground floor hardly usable even for slimmers.
