Spacious, comfy, but away from life!
Located in Rzeszow's industrial area, it remains a puzzle. Why would anyone...??? Still, it's a great choice, if you do not fancy being in the very city centre. Spacious rooms, decent pool/SPA. Cheapish but modern decor (if that tickles you tickly bits)... Don't mind revisiting (on business).

ruined by one member of staff
This hotel is purpose built for functions, conferences etc.
There are much better hotels with character and pleasant staff in Rzeszow square, but for the purpose of attending a function here it is convenient. The hotel is in the middle of a sort of industrial area.The hotel is clean, the food and band all very good.The hotel has quite nice gardens with a small kids play area, there is small indoor pool "cold", a steam room and sauna, but not in use at the time.
The receptionist lady on the 25/26 May had by far the worst attitude i have ever experienced and completely spoiled our experience there.
We were guests there at a wedding, our room was booked as a double...we were handed a key to what was a single room, after much pretending not to understand and shoulder shrugging we were giving another room, this time a double but missing the fridge/mini bar which we can live without, but critically the air con that had no control unit. time was now tight so we kept that room and in the morning asked if these items could be put right prior to that evening. nothing was done so that evening we spoke to her again with one of our Polish friends to translate, she was still extremely rude, bashed about in a drawer and throw a air con remote control unit to us along the reception desk. we asked then to see the manager but was told there was not one there, odd as there was two functions going on. The remote control did not work...and after much sullenness and "its not my problem" we were then given another room which we had to move all our clothes etc into, all while missing out on important parts of the wedding function.
We discovered later that her rudeness and attitude was not just focused on us but on most of the other guests including an 80 year old lady who had to keep returning to reception 3 times before they could correctly program her key card, never once did they offer to go to the room and ensure the card was working for her.
I realize this all sounds like a rant and i never want to use trip advisor for this but on this occasion due to the attitude of one key member of staff that is exactly what it is.
I have had to give the service rating here a "terrible" which is unfair to some of the other staff members, but due the how bad this receptionist was i cannot give any higher.

Wedding
We were guests at the wedding party. Really nice, elegant place. Tasty food.
I was very confused, as they have cigarettes advertised at the reception. But they don't sell them. Is just a bad image for this 4* hotel. I did not have a chance to use Spa.

Bardzo elegancki, czysty hotel Alabaster zrobił bardzo dobre wrażenie, ładne wnętrza korytarzy i pokoju, nowoczesne łazienka. Szeroki wybór jedzenia podczas śniadania. Cenowo przystępnie jak na ten poziom.

Bardzo dobrze
Byliśmy gośćmi na przyjęciu komunijnym w rezydencji.
Bardzo elegancko, czysto, smakowicie. Nie "na odwal się" jak to bywa w przypadku takich uroczystości.
Duży parking, w środku dużo miejsca, przestronnie. Dla dzieci fajne animacje.
Polecam.
