A wonderful time

A wonderful place: hotel located in the heart of the forest, rooms are large and cozy, all employees make sure that we feel comfortable, the food is delicious. My husband and I spent a wonderful time there.

Good hotel

Clean hotel, good breakfast and tasteful dinner. Gym is not air conditioning and not a 24 hour opening but you can ask if you can go in earlier. That's no problem but don't expect a smile or kindness. Many staff members do not or hardly understand English. Staff only do what is asked of them, no service with a smile or anything extra.... Very unfortunate.

Awful experience

Awful Hotel.Paid to use the spa and welness for a relaxing day.
Sauna closed as well as the steam room and hotel refused to turn them on say not enough customers.
pool area dirty and outside patio looks like it’s never been cleaned in years.
nowhere to relax at all.
No towels and told we should have brought our own !!!!!!
All water dispensers had the water bottles removed so you had to buy water in the bar area !!!!! 31 degrees and no free cup of water????? Really !!!!!
For a spa Hotel this really is the pits.
So we ended up paying £40 just for the use of the pool.
No treatments as advertised and told to book in advance as the masseuse is not on the premises.
Went to use the outside patio and the door broke.
So if you want a UNRELAXING SPA DAY at a very costly price this is the place to go.
So we left and went to the beach at GRABINA 5km away. Had a 3 course lunch ( £20 ) for 2 people. A Swim in the crystal clear lake. laid on the pure white sand and relaxed for free.

Nice Easter break time at this hotrl

Very nice location (middle of forest; closed to Plock); good food, clean, nice spa and swimming pool; we are spending Easter break at this hotel and it was really good choice; not too far from Warsaw; good value for
money; very good activity for my kids (7 and 8)

Nice hotel, poor food

This is a hotel for weddings, parties and big groups. But individial guests will find a good spa there, as well large wellness center and a swimming pool with a big jacuzzi. But the food is quite poor and the waiting time very long. Although the menu is rather concise we waited almost half an hour for a small portion of goose liver with a half of an apple. The food lacks taste and concept. It’s a real pity.
Moreover, our room was quite cold as the heating system did not work properly and HDMIs are blocked in tv sets, so you cannot use them as monitors to watch sth from your laptop or Ipad.
Well, a place not to come back.
