Unexpectedly good
The hotel and particularly the restaurant punch well above their weight in a surprising location. The pool is dated and from the look of the pictures on other reviews so are a lot of the rooms, but we wouldn’t know about them because we had one of the newly renovated boutique rooms which were fine if a little over the top price wise and in terms of decor. They have gone for footballers’ wives kind of stuff like mirrors on ceilings, jacuzzi tubs and feature beds which are actually quite impractical.. you could easily swim for over half an hour whilst the bath filled (it takes an hour) and the plug sockets are inaccessible for example… but all said and done if you have 850zl which let’s not forget will buy you a simple room in Paris or New York, then I don’t suppose you’d do much better round here.

Neglected, I do not recommend
We bought a stay with our children in a New Year's Eve package. On New Year's Day, after breakfast, the next meal was offered at 6 p.m. There were no snacks even for children throughout the day. Taking into account that we paid over PLN 3,000 for our stay from December 31 to January 2, the need to eat additionally in a restaurant is a misunderstanding. Dinner included thick fries, thin fries, breaded potato balls, nuggets, gnocci... generally terrible, processed frozen products to which you could add pork sauce, most likely from a bag because it looked like jelly or dry, grilled chicken breast. The part that was the children's playroom was very worn and dirty. As part of the package, the child could be offered a game on the Play Station. Spending time together in this place playing table football or air hockey for an additional fee. Children aged about 10 have nothing to do here. The swimming pool is dirty and gloomy. Despite paying for the entire stay in advance, we left the day before. To sum up, a neglected hotel, focused primarily on profit, not on welcoming guests. 4 stars are very exaggerated. We wasted time and money. I do not recommend

From the moment I arrived at Hotel Senator in Starachowice, I knew I was in for a fantastic experience. The staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel instantly welcome. Throughout my stay, their attention to detail and expertise were evident, leaving me confident that they knew exactly what they were doing. The rooms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. It's always a relief to stay in a place where cleanliness is a priority. Furthermore, the staff's friendliness added a personal touch to my stay, making me feel truly valued as a guest. One of the highlights of my visit was undoubtedly the breakfast. It exceeded all my expectations. The food was not only plentiful but also incredibly tasty. The variety of options catered to different preferences, ensuring that everyone could find something they enjoyed. Starting my day with such a delicious meal set a positive tone, making each morning at the hotel even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Hotel Senator in Starachowice was absolutely fantastic. The combination of clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and the delightful breakfast made my visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable and enjoyable stay
