Bad breakfast, very poor.

The person who welcomed us was a very kind man. The hotel room is very good. Far from the center but close to the airport. The fundamental problem that diminishes its quality is the breakfast: poor in every sense.
Lack of food for celiacs or diabetics, not a single option available!!!! Despite speaking with the person who checks in guests at the entrance and notifying him from the first day, I brought him a yogurt to show him what natural options were like, but he did not react or care. I stayed for four nights and the breakfast was always the same with nothing I could eat. The only fruits that were fresh were pineapple and melon. During the strawberry and cherry harvest, and the sale of kiwis that were sold on the street, the hotel offered canned peaches in syrup. The hard bread. Some flies hovering over the food. There is not even natural yogurt, everything is with sugar. Not even rice cakes. The juices are not natural. The hummus had 30 kilos of salt.
I had the opportunity to tell the chef all of this; I hope it changes because Warsaw is cosmopolitan and for the sake of those with celiac disease and diabetics!

Terrible experience – Avoid this hotel!

I stayed here for one night and had the worst customer experience possible. The staff are extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, especially the female receptionist working the evening shift. To top it off, they were openly discriminatory and flat-out refused to provide a complimentary bottle of water. The treatment of guests here is completely unacceptable. Zero stars if I could.

This hotel was the highlight of Warsaw for us. I initially booked it last minute due to a change in our plans but was so impressed that I changed my booking for the last day in town to this hotel. It's so close to the airport so we didn't have to rush or deal with the city's traffic. The breakfast buffet is worth it because of the variety, there is something to eat for everyone. This stay we noticed they had free sandwiches and coffee to take away which we had for lunch in the airport. The rooms are spotless, the staff is accommodating and they have plenty of parking in the garage. It's walking distance to many restaurants and Zabkas but it has it's own restaurant on site. The food at the restaurant was hit or miss but would recommend you try for yourself.
