Overall decent stay with great service, but a few odd details
The room (19th floor) was perhaps a bit too red for my personal taste, but it had everything I needed and was comfortable overall.
I also received a few drink vouchers for the lobby bar. The service there was excellent and efficient, which left a very positive impression.
Breakfast was served in the restaurant on the lobby level. Unfortunately, the coffee machines were quite slow, and no one offered coffee service at the table, which was a bit disappointing. The food selection was decent, but nothing memorable — I would have appreciated some local specialties to try.
I also used the gym, swimming pool, and sauna area. The pool was really nice, and the gym was excellent.
Now, let’s talk about the “Finnish sauna” where you are NOT allowed to throw water on the stones? This was honestly a complete miss. As a Finn, this feels wrong — if you’re going to call it a Finnish sauna, you should allow proper sauna use. The sauna itself (Harvia) is great, but the rules need serious reconsideration. This was easily the most confusing and frustrating part of the whole stay.
Overall, a decent visit with great service, but a few details that could be improved.

Can't go out the revolving doors by the hotel to smoke in the morning. Asked me to go down a side alley instead.
