Never coming back
Such a horrible place. I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone, whether you are staying for one night or more.
Room run down, walls were dirty, there was visible damp in some places on the walls, on the balcony there were two uncomfortable and barely stable plastic chairs. The whole room smelled damp and musty. The bedding was inadequately washed, the duvet cover was dirty in some places, the pillows smelled. TV with three barely working programs. The floor creaked, the walls were paper thin, you could hear every little noise and voice from the rooms next door. The mattress on the bed is also very uncomfortable, in the middle of the night you wake up lying in a "hole" that was made from lying down. The room heater didn't even work, and there was a small stove next to the shelf that had to be plugged into a flashing, almost shocking socket in the wall.
The bathroom was tiny, it was barely possible to enter it, in addition, it was in a deplorable condition, the shower was dirty with a broken handset, it was hard to wash, not to mention rinsing the shampoo out of long hair, because it was just a feat. One roll of dirty toilet paper. There wasn't even a hand soap in the bathroom! There were also no towels, we had to ask the owner for them.
The owner was also not very nice, it was difficult to communicate with him, even in Polish. In the evening he came to the place and asked for payment, of course the only option available was cash payment which no one informed us about. He said rudely that "he is not modern" and we had to pay him right away and we almost had to go downtown to get our money from the ATM. Anyway, it was not a very friendly meeting, you could smell alcohol from the owner, and when he sneezed and I told him "bless you" he didn't even answer and started swearing to himself.
I really do not recommend this place to anyone, the only advantage was the location, because the center is about 25 minutes walk and I also appreciate the beautiful view of Gerlach mountain, but the place itself, its organization and owner is a real nightmare! I'd rather sleep in a cardboard box in the middle of the forest than go back to this place again.

Acceptable stay in a lovely location, but host was unhelpful and not very pleasant
First the good news: despite some of the reviews on here and on Booking.com, I found the property to be spotlessly clean, the facilities working and the bed reasonably comfortable. And of course the location is outstanding: a short walk to the park entrance and one of the easiest of the trails, with a bus stop right outside the garden. Even the wi-fi worked well (although for some reason I could connect my laptop but not my iPhone).
Sadly, the owner is singularly unhelpful. You can pay only in cash, and he had some trouble finding change for my payment, eventually handing me a sum that was 2PLN short. I did not say anything, but felt this was a little unprofessional. Then, since he speaks only Polish I had a lot of trouble finding out the password for the wi-fi. Again, in my room there was a laminated sheet in Polish that seemed to give practical information and rules, but I could not understand it. And when I asked the owner whether the bus service to the town centre was operating, and if so at what times, he had no interest in even trying to give me this information. (Bus times were printed on the bus stop, but with notes in Polish that seemed to be saying that the buses only operated in the Summer season.) This meant that my hike in the park had to be brief, so that I would have enough time to walk to town if necessary to catch my onward transport.
So in the morning I returned from hiking and started packing, and at about 10.30 the owner came to my room and seemed really angry that I was still there! Apparently the check-out time was 10 am (!) and he somehow expected me to know this although he had never tried to tell me. Well, I was obviously on my way out so there was nothing he could do, but that encounter really spoiled my visit and left me determined not to return.

Cheap but
This is cheap accommodation, close to many trails with nice view on the mountains. I didn’t expect high standard there, but dirty bedding, terribly uncomfortable and dirty bed are below any standards. Also owner, in rude way, refused to give me any receipt. Not recommended

Wouldn't go back
Booked for long weekend for 8 people.
Looked ok on booking.com.
Rate reasonable.
Arrived and was told rooms were not ready for another hour so have to walk About and get some food before check in.
Everything very very basic, tired and cluttered.
After long day slept ok but shower was a joke. They call the rooms en suite but you can't really walk in to the "bathroom " properly. Forget about changing in there or anything else.
Shower plastic, old and held together by a duck tape.
Everything broken and barely on.
Communal kitchen. Cluttered and not very clean.
Stuff everywhere, broken and old.
Mismatched appliances and furniture.
Car park very very small. You will struggle especially with bigger car.
Garden not big and mess lying around does not help.
Location... bit of a walk to the town. On the path to Giewont.
The only good thing about this place is the view.
From some of the rooms upstairs stunning view of the Giewont.
Wouldn't go back.
Nicer, cheaper places on offer and plenty of them. For 45pln you can stay in lovely hotel /guest house with breakfast.

What do you expect from 50pln per night...
I spent there only a few hours untill there was a check-in time to my my major hotel. There was no help from the stuff and it is usually very important to me. I just need a taxi and I got a phone number of taxi office written on the piece of paper... If you need nothing, know polish language (the owners don't speak a word in English) and want to save money- choose this place. Otherwise- don't.
