Lipowy Dwor was nothing less than outstanding! We loved it the location was perfect. The staff was top notch, namely Magda who was so amazing to give us a later checkout! We will stay there again for sure, awesome experience!

This was a special trip, and the accommodation was chosen carefully based on its high ratings and positive reviews across hotel booking platforms. Unfortunately, despite these expectations, we faced a serious and unexpected safety issue, combined with a complete lack of action from the property to demonstrate concern or to provide a sense of security.
The room was aesthetically pleasing and well equipped; however, there was a major safety concern that cannot be overlooked. There were multiple large cracks in the glass panel located directly above our heads, which posed a potential risk. Due to this situation, I felt compelled to sleep in the living room, as I did not consider it safe for my family to remain in the bedroom.
I raised this concern with the accommodation staff and was simply informed that they were already aware of the issue, that it allegedly did not represent a safety risk, and that a request to replace the glass had already been made. Nevertheless, no effective action was taken during our stay. No one came to inspect the glass in person, and we were not informed of this condition in advance. Having some knowledge of glass structures, I could not reasonably consider the situation safe.
We also experienced minor issues related to scheduling the jacuzzi, but those were secondary. The core problem was the cracked glass itself, combined with a lack of transparency, clear communication, and empathy from the reception staff, who failed to propose any solution that

Great place in the heart of Zakopane

It was great to stay in the hotel, the location is near most of the attractions.
Comments:
- Well decorated apartment, I booked the largest one, number 4 its located on the ground floor, which is 54m. It had 2 bedrooms and a foldable sofa bed in the living room plus 1 toilet.
- Garage parking in the basement for free.
- 7 minutes walk to the city centre.
- Friendly staff and the lady in the reception are supportive.
- Small pool in the hotel with a jacuzzi and sauna.
- Cleaning is not included it costs 100 PLZ per request.
- Free towels daily if needed.

Excellent aparthotel in a great location

Great location, about a 10 min walk from Kuprowki street. However, the highlight of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff that was readily available to help us. The apartment was spacious for our family of 3; clean and modern aparthotel that I hope to come back to
