Perfect!
Beautiful place. Near the main attractions. We could se Giewont from the balcony and Krupówki from the second window :) Separate bathroom and wc was an asset with 3 people in apartment. It contained all we needed even dishwasher and washing machine. Our cat was also welcomed :) The apartment had assigned spot in the garage se we did not need to worry about the parking. We felt really taken care off with the stuff contacting us and asking if there is anything needed. If I will have a chance to come back to Zakopane for sure I will choose this place. The only thing that could be improved is the signs. As the whole complex is under the name "Giewont" and while prlviding Miuntain Shelter name in the parcel next door- they did not know the place. So would be good to have also some signs with this name :)

Highly recommended
I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are excellent! The service is great! The receptionist was very polite and helpful, answered all our questions! And also Bubuja restaurant offers delicious food!

Great location
We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel, it is located just a 2-3 min walk from Krupowki,
The place is very clean and stylish, and the spa with a pool is a great addition.
The staff speaks English, was very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel
The location of the hotel is excellent - just off Krupowki so very close to the main street and yet very quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean, the pool is fantastic - rather small but designed in a very clever way with lots of bubbles :). Plus there are steam rooms and a salt room. Next time I would request a room on an upper floor - the ground floor flat had no view :(.

Brilliant hotel
Our family had 3 rooms here when we went skiing to Zakopane in February half term. The location just off the hight Street is ideal and the rooms are fantastic. The presidential suite we had was superb. The kitchen area was well equipped and the decor throughout is stunning.
The hotel has a small but cosy bar area and great spa facilities. Special mention for all the reception staff, who are all so friendly and helpful and always go above and beyond. All in all, a great aparthotel.
