We stayed from August 8 to the 12th. Check in was super easy, all staff are amazing, very nice. Here are some things I believe the Hotel and restaurant can improve
-The bathroom needs more light
-another mirror outside the bathroom would be nice,
-the toilet paper holder needs change it wakes everyone up as you grab paper
-the glass in the bathroom that connects with the room if you are using the bathroom in the middle of the night and turn the light on it reflects too much in the room. So your partner is sleeping, you are are going to wake them up
-the shower water needs to be change
-the one they have is like the water splits every where and you are trying to catch the water to be able to shower.
The ac should be allowed to turn up, down or off. I had to get a staff because the room was too cold but it is locked. Even with the change we still felt cold and we did not want to bothered in the middle of the night.
-They have balcony but they are locked, there is no access to it.
-The restaurant service was great, food was great except the lobster. The lobster was dry, very dry I couldn't eat it and gave it to my fiance. It has been the first time ever I tasted dry lobster that ai couldn't even take off from the shell without a fight. Not worth the 54$.
-The restaurant of the soup, was amazing!
-The first night staff helped wet up another bed. We end it up not using it. It would had killed my back but she went out of her way to get it set up

Clean room...everything was ok... only diferent, parking, some time need to walk a little far from hotel...

They can improve the breakfast and have more than one room for disabled people. This time they gave me a little room in the third floor.

The room was somewhat clean, but the coffee pot was dirty. There were no batteries in the safe. The only furniture in the room was a bed. We asked for a suitcase stand, and one was provided. We said the room was very cold, but the temperature control was locked. Someone from the desk arrived with a key to open the thermostat to change the temperature, asking what temperature we wanted, then locked it again. The register near the ceiling blew cold air on the bed all night. By morning, we couldn't wait to get out of that cold icebox and find a more tropical place to spend our vacation.

Everything close by, friendly staff. Ask about the local free trolley service in town that takes you to the different areas.
