This little property was clean, quiet and updated with plenty of A/C. The rooms are small but for a nice place to sleep it’s a must. They supply a beach bag and beach chairs which was nice. The beach is across the street with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops right next door. You will enjoy your stay here! We sure did,

This hotel does not have on-site parking and reservations told us they had no idea how much the parking across the street was. Turned out it was $30 a night.
More worrisome, I had the safe in my room, broken into and medication stolen while I was staying at the hotel. The “hotel manager “ was a crazy guy who seemed to insert himself in our every move. The keypad on the safe didn’t work, only a key. We left a do not disturb on our door to keep housekeeping out, but it never occurred to us that if we had a key to the safesomeone else did. The police tried contacting them for days to investigate, but had no response. We reported it to the reservation Line, who told us they would investigate it, but we never heard from them again.
So don’t leave anything in your room that you don’t want stolen.
Also, you can’t stand outside without getting eaten up by mosquitoes. They don’t spray or do anything about them, and from the second you step outside, they swarm you.

Fantastic location! Its self help in terms of checking in and check out so just make sure that you don't go in with the expectations of any luggage hold ax they are not able to.

LOCATION. Steps from the Marriott (great if you're doing tours), restaurants, the local pharmacy, and a Walgreens. The beach is 2 blocks away and I was even able to walk to La Placita! It was also perfect as a solo traveler and would probably be okay, maybe a little small, for a couple. They do give you beach towels and a beach bag, which I really appreciated.
The instructions to get your keys are confusing but thankfully someone was there to help!

Stayed here for a solo stay. Super cute boutique hotel in great location. Across the street from the beach with so many restaurants near by. I'd definitely recommend.
