Perfect little spot for our trip to San Juan! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was great!

The hotel was clean and made up daily. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This hotel had a boutique-like feel and was within half a block to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops, and close to everything else, including Old San Juan, the rainforests, and shopping!

The front desk was very helpful. We showed up early before the check in but they took our suitcases until our room was ready.

Excellent Front Desk Service by Zoe

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I especially want to recognize Zoe at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and professional. She made the check-in process smooth and took the time to answer my questions with patience and kindness. Her attention to us and positive attitude really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. Customer service like hers makes a difference. Thank you, Zoe, for the great hospitality!

This was the 3rd time staying at Tropica Beach Hotel. The place felt like I walked into a spa in Bali. Jessica at the front desk was so welcoming and she remembered me when ai stayed during Christmas last year. The room walking in had relaxing music playing and it transported me to a tropical escape. The restaurant amd pool on property are top notch! The hotel is EXCEPTIONAL in EVERY WAY!
