Beautiful and with a lot of history

A very beautiful, exquisite house!
With a very friendly and careful host!
He prepared us a breakfast with Alentejo bread and delicious compotes!
We will definitely come back!
We slept in the D.Diogo suite, beautiful!
Arraiolos a land with very nice people!

House is nice but too heavy with furniture, the owner is sweet

We spent 2 nights in the place. The house is like a museum - full of atmosphere, azuleijos, heavy furniture and the smell of an old place. We found it to be interesting but not exactly our favorable place to stay. It used to be the dormitory of the monks who attended to the next door church. Relatively modernized bath but quite dusty. Wifi was working but without internet, so it was quite useless. The gentleman who runs the place is sweet and helpful.

Fairy tale accomodation

Right in the center of Arraiolos, so close to everything.
I would recommend booking one of the suites for a bit more money.
Public parking available, although sometimes you have to park about a 5 minutes walk away.
Breakfast included bread, ham, cheese, yogurt and some homemade cake, asw well as coffee and juice.

Living in the past

This is a noble home with wonderful amenities, we booked one of the two
Suites. Very spacious and comfortable with two large beds and pleasant
Large bathroom. The rooms are decorated with original pieces going back
To the previous centuries. You really feel as if you live there, it also has a view of the main square. Breakfast is served in a small private room.
You are given a key to the room and another to the main entrance. They do
Not serve meals and you have to park nearby on the street. The Inn is located near a very good restaurant and the street is only for pedestrians.
Best of all is the price. The staff are very friendly.

A place of charm and character.

A beautiful and traditional Alentejo town house now converted into a stylish boutique hotel. On arrival we were allocated a new room on the ground floor which was nothing like the pictures on the web site but when we asked to move we were given the choice of two delightful rooms with seperate bathrooms. The owners were kind and courteous . They were helpful with our bikes and with recommendations of where to eat.
