calm area, clean & comfortable room, friendly welcome

I love to spend some days in Cascais and Jasmim Doce is a nice place to stay. The shared kitchen comes in handy if you want to make yourself a tea, breakfast or a snack. It is all well organized. I always find a parking spot on the street for my car. The bed is comfortable, sheets are soft & neat, bathroom is efficient & clean, with plenty of towels, shower gel & shampoo at hand.
The airco heating works well, as I stayed in December, and kept the room warm.
I was here before & I will be back.

Loved this guest house.

My wife and I were only in Cascais for one night but we just loved this place. Has the feel of and old country house but has been thoughtfully updated. Beautifully clean, our room was large and had two balconies with views of the surrounding area. En suite shower room had been recently updated and was perfect. Didn’t hear a barking dog but lay in bed listening to lots of birds in the trees! It is 1.9k from Cascais Centro but we had an Uber cab in for €4.50 and a black cab back for €5making it a very good deal compared to City Centre Hotel prices. The owners were helpful and charming and there is plenty of quiet street parking for your car. We would definitely visit again.

Nice and friendly owners

The atmosphere and decoration of this house is amazing, very Portuguese. The owners make yourself feel at home, so friendly. The bedroom is enormous and have a private bathroom. Is very quiet there, peaceful. I was there for a night, did my checking around 3:30pm and came back around 1am. No issues. You have your key and your codes. Make sure you remember where your bedroom is ( it’s very big and you might get lost). It’s a bit far from city center but Uber works in Cascais. Easy and cheap enough to get around. Definitely coming back!

Quirky

Clean, friendly and unusual. We only stayed for one night but from what we experienced staff were friendly. Slight confusion over rooms booked but quickly resolved. One of our rooms had heavy velvet curtains and the other only light voiles so half the group slept much later than the other!

Nice

Very nice, helpful and friendly staff!!!!! Clean room with a beautiful private bathroom and balcony. Free parking in front of the street. The structure is about 10 minutes by car from the city center.
