Loving
Hotel located in the middle of a green cloak, by the river, beautiful. Many beautiful, cosy spaces, we stayed in room 20 which has amazing views.
Congratulations to the whole team because they are fantastic, sympathy, availability, affection,... are the cherry on top of the cake!

One of a kind but needs improvement
This place is beautiful and set in a very unique location, no doubt about that. It was clearly designed and decorated with great attention to detail. However, our experience didn’t quite match the expectations set by the older reviews that were left here.
First, we booked one room but were given a different one, which seems to be a fairly common issue these days. We also didn’t appreciate the lack of a door for the toilet(two basic things you expect a high end hotel not to do). On top of that, we were surprised to find that both the indoor pool and breakfast were charged separately. At €25 each, they felt overpriced, especially considering the already high cost of the stay, even though the quality was good.
We also had no hot water two out of the three times we tried to shower(different days), which was frustrating. As for the location, the hotel sits at the bottom of two mountains, and reaching it requires driving down a very steep and narrow road. To make matters worse, they text you making fun about needing good brakes to get there. Not exactly reassuring.
On the day of checking in, after a long trip, you might feel like staying in for dinner, which is an option, but at €65 it feels excessive. Despite the quality, it would be reasonable to offer a more affordable, lighter option.
Lastly, if you stay in the main building, it can be quite noisy, both in the mornings and at night, due to other guests and children on the wooden floors. For a hotel that offers spa and relaxing stay, all you want is sleep well but not everyone respects the different schedules.
That said, the staff were friendly, helpful, and—impressively confident—didn’t hesitate to ask for a five-star review at checkout.

Sweet loving care
A beautifull place with the most lovely, helpfull and kind personel. Even when there is a problem in the middle of the night there is always someone to help you out. And they do it with a warm caring smile.

MARAVILHOSO!!!
To celebrate 31 years of union this year we chose the north to spend 3 days but we wanted quiet, slow down the day-to-day run.... And that’s why we chose Rio Moments to spend the 2 nights.
A word: MARAVILHOSO!
As soon as we enter the feeling is that we got home. The decor is fantastic Country Chic.
Sophistication without snobism.
Susana and Becas are two super attentive hostesses with guests and take care of this hotel unit with all the care and love.

The room we stayed in was n1: very good! Super comfortable well decorated. The bed is big and the pillows cloudy....
We chose to dine here the first night and it was indeed the best choice. We were tired of the trip and don't want to go, the truth is that.
It was all flawless. Well crafted.
Fair price.
Feel careful and affectionate in everything that's done around here.
Those who want to slow down the pace, like silence, breathe fresh air, reconnect with nature (many trails here for hiking and for mountain bikers) to hear the sounds of birds and the water, be welcomed and treated throughout the stay as if you were coming home....this is the ideal place!
There is an outdoor and indoor pool (payable)

A magical place
Magical place, I confess I have been to not share this secret, this magnificent corner, one of the most beautiful where I have been, but deserve to be doubt the testimony. They provided some fantastic days, with everything so that you don't even have to leave, just enjoy and enjoy.
