Good hotel for a weekend break

I think, overall, it is a very good hotel to rest for a weekend. On the street there is a mini market and restaurant. It is easy to park but the hotel has free parking, which we do not need to use. The breakfast is not big but I think it is adjusted to the number of guests, however everything was delicious. The outdoor pool needed a daily cleaning but I did not see it being done and it was with some dirt in the days we were there. The indoor pool and the spa did not have hot water but it was not something we were looking for. All staff were very friendly with us and the room was clean and had everything needed.

Overall, excellent cost-benefit, well-equipped hotel, OTIMO coffee shop, super clean and very attentive staff. Bad details: the air conditioning was turned off during the night, which caused a lot of discomfort because the hotel is warm; dinner was charged us 25 euros per person and had 2 very simple food options and self service, drinks not included, we didn't think it was a fair value

Expecting improvements

This is the second time I come here and we are seeing the.hotel losing qualities at large steps.
Roupão did not have from the first time to the second time when booking promised to have, wrong answer we do not have. My children's room fridge doesn't work. My room shower head leaves water to all side light next to the bed doesn't work. Inside pool says it's 28. Grades impossible if I have the 20 is very I like cold water and couldn't be inside gym machines broken screws loose screens mistakenly. Missing the brochure in the rooms with rules. But not everything. It's bad clean hotel and polite staff brutal little lunch.

One of the Expectations

It is a four-star hotel that, unfortunately, was far below expectations.
The dinner proved quite unsatisfactory, both due to the poor quality of the food and the poor presentation. Besides, I was served a drink out of date, a serious and unacceptable situation.
The indoor pool has few loungers and does not offer suitable places to place personal objects, which makes it difficult for you to enjoy it comfortably.
As for the rooms, the acoustic insulation is virtually nonexistent, and the noise from other rooms can be heard clearly.
Finally, the staff's attention revealed a lack of sympathy and professionalism.
Overall, the experience does not correspond to the standard expected for a hotel of this category.

Christmas lunch 2025, very good!

We made a Christmas lunch at the hotel for about 50 people and it went very well. Comfortable space, bright, with good views. It was well served. The staff was helpful and helpful. The service consisting of varied appetizers, soup, a hot dish of cod and dessert buffet had a good price-quality ratio. We were very pleased with the service provided to us. We recommend!
