Very pleasant

Old building well preserved two steps from the Plaza da República and Sereia Garden, access to the first floor and following only by stairs. Beautiful interior, excellent cleanliness, very nice studio and well equipped.
Nice outdoor terrace.
Experience to repeat without any doubt.

Good location and excellent treatment, but very noisy at night

The accommodation is as shown in the pictures, without surprises. It is located in a central area, relatively close to the main attractions of Coimbra, which makes sightseeing much easier. In addition, the staff who manage the accommodation are very friendly and always attentive to any need, which is greatly appreciated.
However, there is one important aspect to consider: noise. Despite being on the top floor, the accommodation turned out to be extremely noisy during the night. Students organize parties nearby and the sound is heard very clearly, making it difficult to rest. The second night I had to buy earplugs, as without them it was practically impossible to sleep.
If you are looking for a comfortable and well located stay, this accommodation may be a good option, but I would recommend wearing caps or making sure that noise will not be a problem before booking.

Great place to stay in Coimbra

Great location, only a few meters from Praça da República!
Lovely studio, very comfortable. Contact with manager very easy and fast.
Excellent value for money!
A great place to stay in visits to Coimbra.
PS - since it is an old building there is no lift so be aware of the stairs in case of any mobility limitations

Nice and clean

In a traditional house about 10 minutes from the center you will find a very nice, modern interior and modern studios. Ideal for young couples. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The small kitchen has everything you need. The room was even cleaned every day.
