Repeating srm doubt!

Fantastic!
First time and definitely to repeat. From reception to all services the courtesy and diligence for the well-being of the hospefes was a constant. Special thanks to Mr. André (Vallet) who immediately upon arrival presented the dominant tone of the entire stay, courtesy, diligence and professionalism, with a good dose of sympathy that extends through all services.
The rrstaurante Blue and Green is a must for a high gastronomic experience parz which in addition to the quality of confection much contributes the responsible Valdo Silva (advocate of our glorious SLB) whose name owes to the crack and international Brazilian Valdo Filho. It is really worth visiting this jewel of welcome, to the good tradition of the Portuguese hotelari. All right.

Everything perfect, perhaps the pool facilities could be improved.

Inside it is beautiful.
Very comfortable and very decent room. Good sleep quality.
In the marina and restaurant area.
A bit far from the good beach.
The casino is a spectacle.
And the access with parking included is perfect.
I don't give it a 10 because I didn't like the outdoor pool or the pool bar…. I think it deserves a bit more.

We could see the beautiful ocean view from inside the room – even in the bathroom! Loved the layout, concrete floors, comfortable beds, and giant, plush white towels. Absolutely luxurious. The air conditioning was a little weak for our liking, but everything else was incredible. The breakfast buffet was impressive and included an omelet station. One of the best stays of our life!

Unresponsiveness and arrogance

"My experience was very bad. I stayed at the hotel for several nights. For 2 days there was no hot water, and for 1 day there was no tap water in the room at all! Despite several complaints, they fixed the issue only on the last day. No one at the reception, including the manager, even apologized for the situation. I do not recommend staying here."
