Expensive and low quality service

The quality of the room(very small with barely any space for luggages) was terrible and certaintly not worth the price. Toilets were in bad shape and not cleaned often enough. The only good thing was the breakfast. Book a room in this place only if you have no other options.

HORRIBLE

a cheap hotel, the bathroom a disgust !, for the attention: the gentleman of the reception, that was going to do the check out, a prize to the least kind! Not only did he treat me badly, but he shouted at me and laughed at me. when nobody had informed me of anything! how he had to return the towels and so! Thanks also for not telling me about the free breakfast! after paying about 50€ for a room that was pretty ugly! also do not gave me back my 20€ for the keys, that i wanted to gave them back! worst hotel that i stayed in !

choose your room well

we stayed in the economical room, since it was a small room, the biggest problem is that it is not in the same building of the headquarters, they have two buildings and this room is on top of a bar of immigrants who speak very loudly and fight each other at night the whole noisy street all night with cars and motorbikes passing at high speed. Only positive point: breakfast.

Good location, but a bit unpleasant overall

This place is mediocre although in a good location. Rooms were ok, although we booked a twin (for two friends) but were given a regular double room. When we asked about this, we were told unapologetically that no change is possible. The two staff we interacted with during our stay were quite surly, unpleasant, and mostly unhelpful. There was only one bathroom for our floor which was not enough. Overall, the feeling/vibe of the hotel was unhappy. Strange, because this place has potential to be great. Glad we only stayed one night and not more.

Just book another place

I mean book another place just in case they let someone else in instead of you because you are travelling and decide to check in at the around 11pm. And then they want to arrange their mistake by offering you an attic with mattresses for the same price. They put us in a situation where we had to accept because they knew that we will not be able another accommodation at that time of the night. Please take my word and stay away from this place.
