Fantastic location
We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived at 1:30am and were greeted by Antonio (we did have to pay 35€ cash due to the late arrival - our flight was delayed so out of our control). He explained how to use the facilities and a brief overview of the local area. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon, it is quite hilly but we didn’t mind the walk. There are some lovely coffee shops on the doorstep and the tram passes by which is great to see!
We were in the basement studio room which was nicely decorated and a good size. As some previous reviews have stated, it was noisy on a night both from the street and other apartments in the block. There were also quite a few flies in the apartment although we kept all the windows closed. There were some bins and rubbish on the street outside and they didn’t seem to be cleared while we were there.
I’d recommend pre booking an uber when you land in Lisbon. The prices are really reasonable from the airport to the apartment.
Overall I would recommend these apartments and we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is modern and comfortable. The check in process could be improved as there was a lack of clarity in communication and self check in is not an option.
The entrance is from a side street. There were overflowing garbage bins right outside the gate during our entire stay.
However, once through the entrance gate and inside the property, the place is clean, modern and comfortable. The design is thought out and provides a spacious place to stay with AC units that were a welcome sight in July heat.
The location is great, right next to historic 28 Tram route, with awesome breakfast place (Breakfast Livers) right across the street.

Excellent
Excellent apartment very well located on the side of the point of the bondinho with bars restaurants and all nearby infra. New facilities and very well welcoming and prepared team. Everything very clean and organized. It was too worth it.

Our hostess was super helpful. Our room was lovely and clean. Great wifi and the perfect spot. Highly recommend.

Place was perfect for my family of 5. Antonio was great and very communicative. Location was on point also.
