I stayed in the top floor room 4E. Check-in was very easy, and we were even able to check in early as the room was already prepared.
Before booking, I had read the reviews, so I was well aware of the steep steps leading up to the fourth floor. While it may not be ideal for those with heavy luggage, it wasn’t a problem for me as I only had a backpack for my one-night stay.
The room itself was lovely, well equipped, and included a balcony. The only noise came from some nearby road works, but it was minimal, and I still slept very well.
The location is excellent—close to tourist sites, evening bars, and with a supermarket just a two-minute walk away. It really does tick most boxes.
I have no complaints at all and would happily stay again as the price was perfect.

Beautiful quality accommodation but noisy at night

Very nice apartment, spacious, well decorated and well equipped. The terrace is great. The wifi is good, air conditioning also. Very well located to make the different districts of Lisbon, all amenities are close: restaurants, bars, supermarket...
The only concern is noise. Night bar noise in the street (closes at 2/3 o'clock) + heavy traffic (tram and cars) that echo in the apartment. This accommodation is fine if you plan a festive stay but less suitable for family.
The staff is very responsive, friendly and considerate.
In the end a beautiful experience but tiring nights.

Excellent apartment. Stairs getting inside are very very steep, so keep that in mind when booking. Otherwise it was fantastic!

Really nice appartment. We enjoyed our stay. Unfortually, it’s not well insulated therefore, the people upstairs and in the stairway kept us awake. Other than that, cool spot !

Enjoyable stay in Lisbon

Friendly welcome. Great location for touring as close to Metro and trams. Lots of good restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Steep stairs to rooms but a good warm up for tackling Lisbon's hills. Comfortable, spacious room. Can leave luggage after checkout.
