Our only major disappointment was that we had to leave early, before breakfast, on the last day, and they told us that they would prepare us breakfast to go, which I've enjoyed from other hotels. The breakfast they prepared for the 4 of us was ready on time, but very disappointing; simple ham and cheese half sandwiches, when they were supposed to be vegetarian; and no pastries. It was a very disappointing way to spend our beautiful time there.

Positive points:
Great location, close to the metro and the main monuments, but still in a quiet and quiet place.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Nice hotel, clean and well organized. Clean towels always available, robes and slippers — a very positive care.
Good breakfast, with variety and a very nice presentation.
There was also water, coffee and liquor in the room, a special touch and welcoming.
Points to improve:
I left Braga with the expectation of living a special stay, because every year we celebrate our anniversary of marriage outside of the house. This year we celebrated 14 years and we chose Casinhas das Flores for its charm, Portuguese architecture and the environment connected to wine — something we appreciate very much.
However, unfortunately this special experience did not happen.
I sent information at the time of booking mentioning the special occasion and requesting attention to the room, but I received no return. In addition, I also informed the time of our arrival and we were not notified that the area of the wine barrels would not be available for access, which was part of the expectation created by the choice of accommodation.
Comfortable rooms there are many. What we were looking for was a differentiated and memorable experience, especially since it was an important date for us.
Despite the various positive points of the stay, we felt missing that extra care that would have made all the difference.
