Convenient hotel well located

The hotel is located close to Avenida da liberdade, in a quiet street parallel to a walk from the main tourist attractions without being in a crowded place such as the surroundings of Plaza del Comercio. The room was spacious, with functional and neutral decor. I found it a quiet place, where it is easy to relax. The equipment is fine and the attention both when checking in and leaving the hotel was very friendly. Recommended, no doubt.

Excellent Hotel
We stayed here for our pre cruise holiday. The Staff were very welcoming, We ate late because our flight was late in. Food brilliant too. We had booked a triple room which was very spacious as we were travelling with our 17 year old son. Sometimes the beds are flimsy for an additional. This was not the case the bed my son says was very comfortable. We want to return to Lisbon and enjoy more time here, at the moment i have a broken ankle so we couldnt explore much. We would definately book here again.

Room was clean. Friendly staff. As mentioned in other reviews, I would not consider this 5 stars, but certainly 4. We were well cared for and the location is good to wander and also be picked up by car. For the 'deal' we got on the room, it was a fair price, maybe a marketing tactic. Again, friendly, clean, good location. Manage your expectations and you'll have a nice experience.

Hotel in general very good. I have to report that we were disappointed on arrival. There is no backbone to park the car and there was no vacancy in the street, then I went down to ask if there is someone who parks the car (while my husband was staying there on the street), the receptionist told me that the garage was next door, asked if I needed help with the luggage but also did not feel that it was something very concerned. We dumped the bags right there on the street and took them in, and then he went to park the car in the hotel garage. In my opinion a five-star should at least have a backpack or a valet.
Another detail we didn't like was the bathroom in the room. We have all the intimacy of a normal couple, but I don't see a reason for the bathroom where you use to do basic needs have a translucent door and with frestas, we found bad.
In the rest the room is clean, good bed, well equipped gym and good location.

Great stay! Comfy beds and clean room. Nice amenities, there was even a clothes steamer in the closet! Staff were amazing and very helpful. Thanks for a great stay!
