Small details make all the difference

I would like to congratulate the entire hotel staff and thank you very much for your kindness. On the day of my birthday I stayed in this hotel, when I arrived in the room, I was surprised with a cake and a bottle of champagne. This special baby made the date even more memorable.In addition, I also want to leave my compliments to all your staff and facilities: everything was great and I had an excellent stay.

Very good option to stay at Lisbon. close to airport and easy to access public transportation,

This hotel is great. Location is wonderful and close to airport. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a lovely lounge with a pool table that kept us busy while passing the time in the afternoon and evening before an early flight. There is a small plunge pool on the fifth floor with plenty of outdoor seating and loungers. The food at the hotel restaurant was ok. Nothing spectacular. I would book this hotel again for location close to airport. Worth every reasonable penny.

Room was cleaned everyday by the cleaning staff who were super friendly, check in and out was really easy and staff at the desk are always willing to help you with any questions

Lovely room in a convenient location for getting the tram to the centre and the airport. Roof terrace and pool are a bonus - I’d like some clarity on the opening times as there were two different signs on the door to the terrace.
Everything was great however the only key issue was that the fire alarms were very sensitive, and if one goes off e.g. from someone having a hot shower and leaving the door open, the rest of the hotel’s alarms go off, albeit only for a few seconds before the detection turns off as it isn’t a true fire. I understand the safety element of this however they went off multiple times throughout our stay, including twice in the middle of the night/early morning, waking you up in a panic before stopping and then trying to get back to sleep after. I also worry this could become a ‘boy who cried wolf’ situation in the future that some may ignore the alarm for a genuine fire because it is so sensitive to smaller issues. I’m unsure what the exact solution to this is but some firmer guidance for people staying at the hotel/reducing the sensitivity a bit would help I imagine many visitors have a better night’s sleep.
If this issue is fixed, I’d definitely recommend the hotel!
