Location was very good with eateries all around Room was clean. Hotel is not on a street accessible to cars, uber or bolt. Pick up and drop off is at a short distance from the hotel. There is elevator like a dumbwaiter and can accommodate 1 person or luggage at a time. Did have a breakfast service ( buffet for €10, but did not use it. The hotel is at short distance from the Airport and cruise terminal. Will stay here again if I come to Lisbon

Dilapidated hotel, damp, old. Only positive note the location!
Upon entering the room we find cold, humidity everywhere, a shower towel placed on the window sill to absorb the water that entered through the cracks and dripped from the ceiling.
We report everything at the reception and immediately after their verification they change rooms. We end up on the third to fifth floor going from humidity to claustrophobia being in a small, narrow room with no hot water.
Lift not safe and with the maximum occupancy of one person (without luggage).
Shameful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was very convenient in everything.

The smallest lift in the world, either luggage in or you in not both. Stairs were old, wooden and lethal. Shower was unusable, no hot water and very smelly... Yuk.! The actual luggage storage was very dangerous... Under the aforementioned stairs but half way up the flight. Not wheelchair friendly, we had a child's wheelchair which went in but the door on all the next floors were 90° to the original and getting it out again was extremely difficult.
Breakfast very poor The only good point was it's central location with a decent bed. Photos were very misleading.

Extremely Disappointing. Unprofessional Staff and Poor Facilities.

We booked a room for a short daytime rest before a late flight. We explicitly told staff we would check out in the evening without staying overnight. However, we experienced severe disrespect and profiling.
1. Unacceptable Discrimination
When my companion returned to the hotel, the lobby staff blocked the entrance, making sarcastic remarks and mocking us. At checkout, the staff admitted that the previous shift had ordered them to monitor us, falsely assuming we were trying to sneak extra guests in. Even though we had clearly explained our daytime-use itinerary, they profiled and treated us like wrongdoers simply because of our Asian background.
2. No Luggage Security
They gave us no luggage tags but handed us a key to a sketchy room between floors, telling us to move bags ourselves. At check-in, the storage room was a mess; our bags were buried at the bottom under heavy piles. Anyone could have stolen them.
3. Poor Facilities
The room was suffocatingly small. The elevator was tiny, painfully slow, and would instantly freeze if your body touched the wall while moving. It felt unsafe.
4. Final Verdict
While hotel options are limited in this budget range within this area, it is much better to spend a bit more for a proper hotel that treats guests with basic respect. If you are an Asian traveler, avoid this place.
