We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great and the hotel was very clean. The staff were so nice, friendly, and helpful. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay here again.

Leaving a clean home to arrive at a dirty hotel
I was in Lisbon on vacation for only 3 days and as I saw a lot of positive comments I decided to choose this hotel.
When I arrived at the hotel the reception/eating area looked good and I was well welcomed.
The corridor smelled good and fresh but once I arrived in my room (200€!) I couldn’t believe the bad smell. I laid down a bit from the exhaustion and immediately noticed the children’s screams as there is a school next door.
When I entered the bathroom I was in complete disbelief as I saw all the mold in the shower! First they told me that it’s the silicone that needs to be changed and they gave me another room. In the other room there was less mold but still a bit in the shower, dirty windows with spiderwebs.
I wanted to drink some water and guess what - mold in the bottle cap. I guess they don’t wash the water bottles neither.
The next day they put me back in the first room and the mold was -almost- gone.
Only positive part: the 2 receptionists were very kind and polite. The manager overlooking their work didn’t event smile once.
I had an awful experience and couldn’t get a proper vacation. Only stress, no proper sleep in a dirty loud hotel.

Extremely small superior rooms where you had to climb over each other to reach the second half of the bed.
Extremely small bathroom.
Coridor outside our room was used for dumping cardboard and plastic boxes!
Great location. Good breakfast.

A nice Little hotel in the heart of Lisbon
We spent four days at this hotel. It was a great experience! The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful. We had a great orientation upon arrival,helping us to get to know the city. Breakfast was included in our stay and the food was always fresh, and well prepared. I can't say enough about the staff. Everybody was so friendly and accommodating.

Took a very long time to check in and there was mold in the bathroom. Good location though!
