The staff was super helpful and extremely friendly. The rooms were nicely tended to and very spacious. While the fitness center was definitely minimal and quite lacking (even for a Hotel of this size) it was made up for it by the luxurious spa. It’s in a great location and we found it to be a great value for where it is in Lisbon. If we ever come back, we would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

I would stay here again definitely

I stayed here for a couple of nights. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, everything worked. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Excellent hotel and outstanding Concierge

I just completed a delightful stay at this charming hotel ideally located in Lisbon. The entire staff was excellent and the Concierge, Yamaha, was truly amazing! From the moment we walked through the front doors until loading our heavy bags into the Uber, he catered to our every request. He represents everything that is wonderful about Lisboa Pessoa Hotel.

What a wonderful hotel. Far above what we expected. Great location, rooms are amazing, wonderful breakfast, super helpful staff. What a wonderful to explore Lisboa from.

Memorable stay at Lisboa Pessoa!

We enjoyed our stay at Lisboa Pessoa so much that we decided to come back and stay one last night before leaving Portugal!
The hotel is incredibly well located, within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants, shops, and many of Lisbon’s sites. But what truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Thank you: Yasoja, Beatriz, Yuri, Gustavo, and Miakko, for all the great conversations, recommendations, and laughs. We had such a blast!
We also loved all the thoughtful perks the hotel offers. The welcome drinks on the rooftop were a wonderful way to start our evenings, and we definitely enjoyed the variety of treats and drinks in the complimentary minibar. Such a fun and unexpected touch! Seriously, the service and perks at this hotel were incredible.
We also enjoyed dining and having drinks at the rooftop restaurant while taking in the beautiful views. The breakfast spread was equally impressive—it quickly became my husband’s favorite way to start the day! Jelly and Nidia at the restaurant were incredibly kind and gave us some great recommendations as well.
Honestly, Lisboa Pessoa was one of the highlights of our entire trip. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and were always happy to help with our travel questions and recommendations.
I honestly can’t wait to come back to Lisbon and Portugal, and we definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you to the entire Lisboa Pessoa team for making our visit so memorable!
