The most useless hostel in Portugal

I booked this hostel online at 7:30 and should have checked in at 8:00. I was waiting outside for the rain from 8:00 to 9:00. There was no employee on site, nor was there any code to open the door online, and when I tried to contact by message, the service was bad. I recommend that no one stay in this hostel.

Bad place, !!!!!! It is not a hit!!! The owner only that the money and the rest good luck if you managed to enter!! has neither a type of cleaning, nor organization, nor a person to inform you something, I reviewed a bed there, I went but early leave backpack and no password from the door that gave me worked, someone opened the door for me, bed that I had traveled already had someone I contacted by whatsaap to say: look I need a bed for later! The staff read the message and still said: go to another bed, ya but late when I came back all the beds were busy again, I had to basically come in contact again with the woman of whatsaap and she was still arrogant with me! She didn't solve anything! I stayed in the kitchen until 2:00 in the morning I couldn't stand but I had to ask the person who was in my bed to get out!!! They were 6 beds had a bed with 2 people the owner has no control nor one with whom to go to her and if you question or demand what paid the owner is ignorant and arrogant!

Ok for 1 night

Clean and tidy private room with nice clean private bathroom. Shared kitchen with the hostel with all you might need to make your meals. Tea and coffee included. The pillows and beds weren't that comfortable, but we were staying just for 1 night so it was ok. Beds were noisy and sometimes you could hear noise from the kitchen or the hostel room.

For one night just ok!

For just one night of long connection, ok. We only stayed one night, and we chose this location precisely because it is one station away from the airport terminal, as our connection was from 2:30 pm until 10 am the next day. They are renovating around it, so it looks ugly. I thought the bathroom was inside the room, but unfortunately it's outside, and they say it's private. The kitchen has all the utensils tidy and clean. The host sends us a message giving us the details to access the room through self check-in. The hotel is close to the airport, so don't expect to get to the center and tourist attractions quickly. If you don't mind these issues, you can stay there, otherwise don't even waste your time.

The worst experience I’ve had travelling

The worst night I have ever had traveling.
I did book the hostel and I called them several times before to tell them I was arriving later due to an airline strike, but nobody answered.
After trying many times, I just popped up after arrival and the place looked like a private property and nobody there.
No answer for more than an hour, under the rain and the cold of the winter in Lisbon.
I ended up to pay another 20€ to a taxi to go back to the airport and I spent the night sitting down on the floor with no sleeping.
I didn’t hear from Clara until the day after at 16:00 in the afternoon. She texted me the day before to ask me for my passport but I didn’t see the text as I was already travelling.
After complaining about the situation (kinda scary too I have to say, understandable if you are a solo female traveller in an unknown city) Clara was very rude and disrespectful and I didn’t receive any king of apology from her own, just excuses saying she was sick.
I don’t know if she was already sick or simply had a bad day, but I was expecting at least an apology
From my experience, this is not a trusty place to stay before taking a flight. Taxis are not cheap to reach the hostel neither.
I hope if you decide to book here even after reading all this, you don’t have to live the same nightmare I had to.
