Very clean and beautiful appartment! We were a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids (13 & 10)) and we had enough room for everybody. The kids were sleeping on the sofa-bed and they were very confortable. The parking was great and the location right downtown. 15-20 min walk to Rua Augusta and other landmarks. If you don’t want to walk, Uber is not expensive and very convenient. I highly recommand! Very good price for the quality we got! (Only remark would be that the base of the bed is a little too small for the size of the matress so when you’re on the edge you kind of feel you’re falling off. It would also have been great to have two more chairs for the table since we were four people.)

Bad experience
The location is central, but the experience was extremely disappointing.
The €250 security requirement is not properly highlighted at the time of booking. Added 8€ tourist fee (2 nights) and an additional 1€ per multibank payment.
The apartment lacked cleanliness upon arrival: dirty walls, garbage in the bathroom and curtains with obvious nodos. During the entire stay I did not have a functional TV or Wi-Fi access, which is unacceptable, especially when it comes to a work trip.
The situation was communicated on the day of check-in and there was no resolution.
It was also imposed that the bail was only returned at 9am (reception opening) and after checking the apartment, delaying my departure and directly interfering with my business day.
The conditions do not correspond to the amount paid nor justify the required bail. Very negative experience and below expected minimum standards.

I would give this 0 stars. AVOID this place!
Absolutely disappointing experience. After spending 15 days travelling through Portugal, Morgan Jupiter Apartments was by far the worst accommodation we stayed at.
The apartment was completely overpriced for what was offered. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the lack of basic amenities made the stay feel cheap and inconvenient. The value simply does not match the price.
The customer service was the biggest issue. After a long travel day, including a 2.5-hour delay at the airport, we arrived only a few minutes late and were charged an additional late fee of 60 Euros. Instead of showing understanding or reasonable customer service, they chose to charge us extra. This was an unnecessary and frustrating way to treat guests.
This experience left us extremely disappointed. There are many better options in Lisbon that offer better value, more comfortable accommodations, and much better customer service. We would never stay at Morgan Jupiter Apartments again and would not recommend it to others.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!
This was, by far, the worst accommodation of our 15-day trip through Portugal. Morgan Jupiter Apartments is significantly overpriced for what you receive.
The biggest issue was the complete lack of customer service. After spending 2.5 hours stuck at the airport, we arrived only about 5 minutes late for check-in and were immediately charged an additional €60 late check-in fee. Charging that amount over a five-minute delay showed absolutely no flexibility or consideration for guests.
The apartment itself was equally disappointing. It comes with almost no amenities, feels bare, and the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. We couldn't wait to leave.
There are far better places to stay in Lisbon for the same price—or less. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.
We will never stay here again and would never recommend this property to anyone.
