Great clean hotel in good location

Great clean hotel in good location. Walkable to many restaurants and sites.
Great little bar with live music on the 2nd floor.
Jao was a great bartender. Fun. Nice guy.

Rooms need to be renovated

During a recent trip to Lisbon we stayed one night. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The room needs an update as is very tired. From the chipping paint, 2000’s chipped honey laminate flooring, peeling wallpaper, yellow discoloured non-working blowdryer, this room did not meet the 4 star standards. In addition, I could smell cigarette smoke through the h-vac system coming onto our room.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was extra and we chose not to. Great location, close to public transportation and city center, but also close to the airport.

Great accommodation in Lisbon

Excellent accommodation in Lisbon. Exceptional location, attentive staff, manha coffee (peq. lunch) well served. It doesn't have a gym - this was the "cake cherry" that was missing!! They have a differential of "baggage guard" that makes life much easier for those who arrive before check-in....rs
The room is cosy, even being not large... was very well organized and we were welcomed with chocolates, water and a dish of fruit - differentiated attention! The surrounding area of the building has various services available: markets, diners, restaurants etc.

Wonderful stay

A truly lovely hotel, excellent location, a delicious breakfast and lovely rooms but the staff made our stay special especially the barman Bruno, he was knowledgeable about the drinks he was serving us, genuinely warm friendly funny and very welcoming, we have come away feeling like we have made a friend for life, so much so that we have invited your wedding next year!
