New hotel in the heart of the city
Hotel located on Rua da Fábrica, very close to most points of interest.
The hotel is clearly new. The room is a bit small but immaculate. Very comfortable bed, very well soundproofed, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The shower is fantastic.
Breakfast is not very extensive but has just what is needed for a perfect breakfast. Additionally, it is located on a rooftop, which makes it very pleasant.
You have the option to order a picnic to take to your room or enjoy outside.
The staff is super friendly, very attentive, and helpful.
It has been a wonderful experience.

Nice hotel
Beautiful hotel in the center of Porto. The room was a bit on the small side. It was clean and tidy! Service friendly!

Very comfortable but near the Porto party street!
The hotel was very comfortable - great bed and shower facilities however as we were at the front of the hotel both nights were plagued by very loud music from the “party” street outside and very raucous behaviour of the bar and club guests. I got very little sleep on the Saturday night despite taking a sleeping tablet. It is very surprising that the Portuguese authorities allow such late night noise - if that is the case. I reported this to reception in check out and got little sympathy - only a comment that the hotel is in a bad spot

Clean, tidy hotel with decent room size. Beds are comfortable and wide and good tv channel options, bathroom is good size although the sink tap I feel is a waste of water since you can’t control the flow but only the water temp . We had a pleasant stay in central location, however I wouldn’t call this a 4 star hotel (perhaps just a 3 star).
