Nice little well-stocked apartment
Here, in this building, it seems they are all holiday homes.
The owner doesn't even have to bother to welcome the guest: there is a code (sent via WhatsApp) to open the door, and inside another code to open a small chest and retrieve the key to the room.
There is the elevator.
In reality it is a single (square) room of 46 m2, but from which all the rooms were created, using a divider and a wall, probably in plasterboard, for the bathroom: electric kitchen with oven and fridge, bathroom with shower, bed area (double) and living room with sofa and 4K ultra TV provided (excellent USB socket and Netflix and Amazon).
Plus, a table with chairs for meals.
Excellent WiFi and air conditioning, although it broke on the last day of our stay.
The house is located in a nice neighborhood, not far from the historic center, and in any case well connected by buses.
In the neighborhood, a stone's throw from the house, like a small Trastevere, many little places to eat and two large supermarkets for shopping.
What else do you want?
Recommended for those who want to stay a few days in the city, a few steps from the tourist areas: Via Santa Caterina, Cathedral, Mercato do Bolhao...
Price: just over €80 per day.
