Incredible Atmosphere, Service, and Cuisine

We arrived before opening, but were warmly welcomed anyway. The owner, Lorena, was the only one working at the time and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We ordered a bottle of wine, and she immediately made us feel at home. She prepared an amazing appetizer and even offered to show us the rooms.
Later, Mario took over and provided exceptional service with charm, professionalism, and impeccable attention to detail. It truly felt like fine dining. The appetizers were outstanding, and the chocolate cheesecake and chocolate mousse cake were absolutely five-star.
They also showed us their beautiful suites in this newly renovated former post office, which is full of charm and character. We only wish we had stayed here in the old village. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the beautiful old town.

Service needs to be reviewed!

Great potential, excellent location, spacious and beautiful rooms but without a balcony and bidet. Service is not up to par. I stayed for one night: there was never any hot water, and the staff did not take action to resolve the issue. Breakfast was served in the dining room set up for dinner on a table laid with plates, underplates, and glasses that I had to personally move. Buffet with dishes covered in plastic wrap that we had to unwrap one by one.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations in all aspects: impeccable facilities, comfortable and well-kept rooms, and a truly pleasant atmosphere.
But what makes this place special is its human team. All the staff were incredibly friendly, professional and always willing to help with a smile. It is noticeable when a team works with dedication and passion to offer the best service.
Thank you for making us feel so good during our stay. We will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for quality, good treatment and an unforgettable experience.

Perfect Stay in Valença – Highly Recommended!

We had an excellent experience at **Casa do Correio** in **Valença**. From the very beginning, the service was warm and highly professional. The place is charming and beautifully combines traditional style with all the modern comforts needed for a pleasant stay.
The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and very cozy. The location is perfect for exploring the historic center and enjoying the charm of the city.
Without a doubt, it was an excellent experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
