A beautiful discovery of nature and silence.

From our arrival, we were amazed by the view that Quinta da Pitarrela was going to offer us during these two weeks. The welcome was very pleasant and everything was done to respond to our requests as quickly as possible. Our accommodation "Casa arvore" was a real corner of paradise, with every comfort, two swimming pools nearby, and an incredible view of the terraced vineyards. We will return one day to this establishment that we already miss.

Quinta da Pitarrela was an excellent place

Quinta da Pitarrela was an excellent place. We were 12 people on a private wine tour, and we had the whole estate for ourselves. One room for each. The facilities were very good, with a outdoor area for dining and BBQ, including an indoor area in the main building, were we could all have breakfast together.
The pool areas were nice and clean with a great view of the valley. All the rooms were at a high standard, nice and clean and some with own kitchen.
The breakfast was good with marvellous fresh bread every morning. Tiago and Marta were allways helpfull.

"The View"

We were very well received. We felt like we were family.
Spectacular view, very comfortable and clean house.
The surprise at breakfast, "bread to door" made us return to our childhood in the village.
A place that makes us want to come back.

Amazing

Great for a few days of rest in the Douro!
The view is brutal, and the pool knows even better with that scenario that should still be better in the summer. There are amazing restaurants nearby, great wines to taste and you can even take a jump to Peso da Régua or Pinhão for a boat ride. In summary: good food, good wine and a perfect spot to relax!

Experience to repeat!

Amazing experience at Quinta da Pitarrela! The place is simply charming, with stunning views and a perfect setting to relax. The rooms are comfortable, well decorated and clean. The service was excellent. Santiago and Sónia did everything to provide us with an unforgettable stay, left us at ease, recommended us places to visit and even gave us the possibility to have fresh bread every morning! A place where we want to go back.
