Superb stopover in an idyllic setting, with a super welcoming host

Gite located in an idyllic setting, very comfortable and very clean, breakfast on the terrace with views of the peaks, the host is atypical and super welcoming, in short we have difficulty to leave....
Plus he gave me my voice back thanks to his magic potion .

rental September 2025

we had booked for 2 nights, we were in the family room.
the room was very damp, the bed and mattress were of poor quality we slept very badly. the cleaning was very approximate (dust).
We only stayed one night despite our 2 nights booking
the only advantage is its location near the center of Cilaos.
I really don't advise.

No news from the owner

Following my booking, no news from the owner about the possibility of arriving a little after the arrival deadline (despite my phone calls and texts left on the 2 phone numbers found on the site). So, without confirmation, I had to sleep elsewhere.

Very nice cottage the guide was adorable the beds are comfortable with a good duvet not to be cold the setting and pretty a few minutes from the city center to enjoy well
I strongly recommend it 10/10

It's great!

The establishment is easy to access. And also very close to the center on foot. It is quiet and the view is clear. Nice view of the circus. The common areas such as the room are comfortable and well maintained. Beautifully colored building. The boss welcomes you with a smile of kindness and benevolence and his advice is useful. In short, go there with your eyes closed, it’s a great address. And in terms of quality/price ratio, it’s great. A big thank-you!
