Great place the staff and very simpa

A super simpa hotel the cafe and just amazing super good the best coffee on the whole island the food also you will not be disappointed

Disappointed with the stay, unhonest owner who probably makes up stories for an insurance issue. Booked via an online platform, leaves false bad reviews without even sharing them before, moreover booked under a name then arrived we end up in a "villa of charm"

Perfect!

Perfect stay in the Alexandra suite. Clean, comfortable and bigger than expected. Very nice and competent staff. Great location near bars and restaurants (5-10 mins walk). We wish we could have stayed longer

Overpriced and little privacy

We stayed here in January. It is not in the nicest of streets and has no views. The Reception Area, well I guess they are renovating as they had several green electrical wires hanging out of the temporary ceiling. The ladies at Reception were pleasant enough. We had a room upstairs, am not sure what it's name was but they thought we should be super impressed as it was large, As in a big room with a very uncomfortable sofa bed to sit on. The Bathroom was large but the idea of an open shower is great if it drains away which this did not. Luckily they supplied 4 towels as we had to use 2 to stop us slipping all over the place and it would have been nicer to have the toilet seperate. Bedroom was ok, linen well worn, minibar with whopping prices. When we came out of the room and down the stairs the people in the room were sitting on the bench outside their room and had to move everytime we went up and down. The Pool area is pleasant but the Jacuzzi was occupied by the same people for 2 hours and I am not sure they were even guests at the hotel. Think the best bit was the taxi driver they got for us.

We are doing our best to offer to our costumers an enjoyable stay. That's why we were renovating Villa Morgane hotel.

Not satisfactory

We had booked this hotel half a year in advance and stayed 4 nights.
The lady at the reception was unfriendly during the whole stay. We got the room next to the reception (it was like a basement). The room had no windows only the view through the sliding door directly to the iron entrance gate. Behind the entrance gate was the street with much noise.We asked for another room but it was not possible to change although other guests stayed only one night in the hotel.The breakfast was ok and the small pool with the garden was nice. But nevertheless we cannot recommend this hotel. We think it is bad value for money, at least if you get this room.

Bonjour Monsieur F, vous avez effectivement passé 4 jours à l'hôtel Villa Morgane et dès votre arrivée vous nous avez informé du fait que la chambre ne vous convenait pas et que vous souhaitiez une chambre avec balcon. Or nous n'avons pas de chambre avec balcon juste une suite junior. En plein mois de novembre, l'hôtel étant complet il n'y avait aucune possibilité de modification et c'est ce que j'ai essayé de vous faire comprendre.Le fait d'avoir réservé longtemps à l'avance et de rester 4 nuits dans un établissement ne vous donne pas un droit de priorité sur les autres clients. Le fait de ne pas apprècier la chambre ne vous permet pas d'oublier les règles de bienséance dont la politesse fait partie. Pendant ces 4 jours, votre épouse n'a même pas daigner saluer ces hôtes.
