Serene Nobilis

It is Serene, it is Nobilis Hotel Apartments. Located in highbrow and quiet part of Kigali. The staff are professional and hospitable. The manager and his team are very professional and accommodating. I felt at home.

The hotel was average compared to some of the hotels in the area. The breakfast menu could use some improvements. The staff was friendly and very helpful the location of the hotel was good central to many other amenities.

We arrived at the Hotel following a Booking Conformation available with the hotel . Unfortunately we were shocked to see that the Sales Manager of the Hotel was not ready to accomodate us inspite of us making the payment already. Further, he was not ready to CANCEL the booking OR HELP FOR A REFUND or Find a accomodation elsewhere OR Speak with the Hotel.com to resolve the case. The Manager said we had hacked into their system for booking and they even interogated us to the security by taking our Passport Pictures (Insisting that we are a threaten to the security of the hotel) and did not let us leave . Not to mention they did not even Apologize after the incident was clear that we did nothing but just made a reservation online just like anybody . Very scary experience after travelling to more that 20 countries . I will never suggest this hotel .Very unprofessional way of handling a online reservation .

Great Value For your money!

Nobilis apartment was A haven in Kigali during our stay.The staff i repeat was quite helpful and maintained a happy smile everytime.
Ambient rooms, quite some pretty outdoors though I had trouble with the water heating system during my stay.
I'd recommend anyone traveling to Kigali to stay at Nobilis Apartments.

Business trip - Average service

Staffs at the reception, kitchen and security guards were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK but with a small variety of food. I enjoyed the swimming pool and spending evenings at the balcony with a great view of Kigali. The kitchen however was poorly equipped and cooking your own meals is almost impossible. TVs in rooms are old with very few channels and WiFi signal on some days was very bad.
