Surprising gem

Just over a year old, modern and spacious rooms, fabulous view, but it's the attentive, courteous and friendly staff that make it. A benefit of being small. Two individual nights passing through Kigali. Hard to realise you are in Africa. I'm sure this hotel will rise through the ranks.

A nugget in Kigali

This hotel is a gem worthy of the biggest hotels in international capitals. Located on the heights of Kigali giving a panoramic view of the city from the bedroom terrace. Spacious, comfortable and very elegantly decorated room, service at the top. Staff always smiling looking to meet your every request or desire.
Director very pro and efficient because we had a visa problem that he helped us get quickly.
Do not miss spending one or more nights in this place if you plan to go through Kigali. You won't be disappointed.

A true gem in Kigali – absolutely recommended!

Our stay at The Hideaway Boutique Hotel was simply wonderful! From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The entire team is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel at home.
The rooms are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and offer the highest level of comfort – the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Kigali. The hotel’s peaceful, green setting with stunning views truly lives up to its name – a real hideaway.
Breakfast each morning was a highlight: fresh, varied, and thoughtfully prepared. We also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant – excellent cuisine in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.
We wholeheartedly recommend The Hideaway Boutique Hotel – it's the perfect blend of luxury, warmth, and tranquility. We’ll definitely be back!
