A Dream Stay in Musanze

John, Emmy, and the whole team made our stay unforgettable. Amazing volcano views, thoughtful service, and help with park trips Virunga Homestay comes highly recommended!

Unprofessional, poor service

We stayed at Francis and his family's homestay in Musanze. Francis seemed very arrogant, they didn't welcome us even after we reached Musanze. Every staff was so unprofessional, honestly we couldn't stay there for long. We were not happy. We booked the wrong hotel with extra money. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly, their food wasn't good either. Definitely no one will go to Virunga homestay.

It was a sad experience!!!

I stayed at Virunga Homestay for a week with my family in Musanze. Firstly, staying at Virunga Homestay is expensive, secondly, the room was unclean, the washroom was dirty and the space in each room was cramped. Where we wanted to enjoy a relaxing moment for the money but nothing happened. It was a sad experience!!!

Staying at Virunga Homestay was pure magic! Incredible volcano views, delicious local meals, and thoughtful staff made our trip unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a cozy, authentic experience near Volcanoes National Park.

Unforgettable Moments at Virunga Homestay!

Welcomed like family, we cooked traditional dishes, explored local farms, and made banana beer. Evenings were full of laughter, music, and delicious meals. A true Rwandan experience with lasting memories highly recommended in Musanze!
