Reception staff were excellent. Managed to make sandwiches when I had to leave really early. Great customer service.

I will not recommemd

The whole experience is poor. Poor customer service received from reception staff called Felicia. Excellent customer service from Monica. The breakfast was poor, just one coffee for free. The room was clean and good,warm ,but I had a bite from a bed bug. So..not happy. Overall, I will not come back here. I will not recommend. It is a shame to have a staff like Felicia.

Extremely kind and friendly staff. Very large room. Renovated. Super shower, it is large and with a large and small shower head. For breakfast they prefer salty, but still ok.
Free private parking.
Close to excellent Casa Tudor restaurant within walking distance 10-15 minutes drive from the historic center. We went by car to the castles of Bran and Peles. I recommend it very much.

A visit to Brasov

We visited this place in May
2023 for a 2 day trip. Everything was perfect! It's 12 minutes walking distance from the central square. The breakfast was absolutely tasty, but with a limited variety. The service was exceptional! The only drawback it was the luck of a private air conditioning in every room. We would choose this accommodation again!

Excellent choice! Will book again

This hotel exceeded our expectations and is a great value for the money. Staff is really polite, refurbished rooms look great, bed is comfortable and breakfast was really tasty.
Plenty of option to grab a bite neaby, private parking. All in all, will definitely book again and I recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Brasov
