Best hotel - 3 day break Bucharest.

Our trip to Bucharest staying at the hotel for 3 nights. From the 1st day we booked the customer service was above and beyond. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful.
The room allocated on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel was massive with a lovely view of the river out of the floor to ceiling window and you could hear the waterfall if you opened your window while asleep. Very relaxing.
Extremely comfy bed, great facilities and lovely bar and restaurant.
Alex lupu was very kind arranging our fantastic Therme tickets to visit Bucharests largest spa resort at a discounted price which we pucked up and paid for at check in. The staff on the Friday helped us activate them on the day we was visiting the spa and helped with a taxi to get there. Took all the stress out of having to do it ourselves and we had a fantastic time.
The old town is just 15 mins on the number 123 or 90 and you find the bus stop just a few yards up the road on same side as hotel past the petrol garage. The hotel is in a great location close to public transportation which was only the equiv of 50 english pence! Bolt and Uber taxis also the better choice than the yellow cabs for getting around so download the apps. The hotel also has a screen on site where you can book blue line private cabs which are very reliable and a good price.
All in all we loved our stay and will be rebooking direct with the hotel as they have many offers on that you won't get on agent booking websites.

A very suitable location where you don't miss anything. A full 10.

The staff at the kitchen, reception, including the cleaning staff, were very kind. Always willing to provide useful information and the best services. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The breakfast was varied, tasty and nutritious, we didn't miss anything. We felt excellent. We highly recommend it!

Absolutely outstanding

I can not fault this hotel at all..Amazing staff..clean hotel and for my mums 60th they left a complementary drink and card in room. Which was such a special touch.

Great hotel and Staff

This hotel was a good find. The hotel staff were all helpful and polite. The hotel was extremely clean as was our room.
Our room was spacious and extremely quiet. We even had our own balcony.
The breakfast was good and the young man working there really helpful and friendly.
We highly recommend tnd hotel.

Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast buffet. The staff is genuinely nice and so helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping. Rooms immaculate.
