The hotel was easy to find and in a great location, within walking distance of the Old Town and plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc.
Check-in was quick and straightforward. The room was huge and well equipped with air conditioning, TV, fridge and kettle. I needed to ask reception for the key to the safe, but this wasn’t an issue at all. The receptionist came up to the room to make sure it was the correct key and explained how to lock and unlock the safe, which was appreciated.
The room was very clean on entering, nice bright accent colour to add extra colour. The bed was comfortable and although you could hear some movement from the corridor at times, it wasn’t excessive or disruptive. My room was at the front of the building meaning I could hear constant traffic noises from the busy road but after walking all day every day this wasn't an issue for me. The bathroom was clean and in a good condition. The bath did take quite a long time to fill, only tried that once before opting for showers for the rest of my stay. I did have a balcony room, the balcony wasn't one you could comfortably sit out on but it was good to be able to open the door and let some air into the room, especially during current hot weather.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in a great location. I’d happily stay here again.

Overall it was a nice stay and what I would expect for a 3 star hotel . The staff was super helpful and nice . The only complaint I have about the room would be the heating. The heating didn’t work great but the staff did leave extra blankets in my room after cleaning without being asked . Maybe consider upgrading or adding a nice portable heater . As far as amenities it would be nice to have WiFi that works , Netflix access , or at least a smart tv to access your own Netflix account . It would also be nice if we were given free bottles of water instead of being charged for it and had microwaves on the rooms to heat up leftovers .

Comfortable clean base right at the centre
Had a fantastic 4 night stay here. We arrived on the 19th of June and left on 23rd of June.
We were welcomed by the staff and they were very pleasant and told where our room was. I think it was 201 it was much larger than we expected very clean and had a nice small fridge, air con, corner bath with a shower above and my favourite IKEA high back chair and twin beds as requested. The room was cleaned every day beds made perfectly and clean towels daily. It was fun watching the cars outside our window(certainly can't drive like that in Wales) it was next to our pick up point for our GETYOURGUIDE trips to Therme and Dracula's castle. The best coffee below our hotel at Cozy Cafe and near Pizza Co. And Luca. If you've been here you will know it's a great place to be for that quick bite to eat with great food. It was easy to access the shops and eateries as you're on the road. Please ignore the negativity. This was the perfect base for our trips. Clean and comfortable. We didn't even spend more than ten mins watching the TV in the room as we enjoyed our trips and walks through the city. This city doesn't sleep. It's amazing. And shows us Brits how.far behind we are with customer service, and technology

Perfect hotel for our weekend getaway, very close to the bus stop (bus 100 to/from the airport) central location, easy to find, quick check in and check out, clean and tidy room would stay again :)
