Just stayed a week in this hotel go home tomorrow we had a great stay great location rooms clean hotel staff very friendly breakfast continental we will definitely be back

Nice hotel. Clean and nice rooms. Air con good.
Few issues. We went as a group and no one’s fridge in the room worked. The electric went out at numerous times, only for a few minutes but still.
No bar and breakfast very very basic. Don’t think there is anything near by but we knew we were slightly out. Bolts easy and cheap to travel around.

Nice Enough - just not for us

We stubbed our toe with this one. Dazzled by great reviews. Hotel is, in our view, not central.
First the good stuff. Lovely reception staff. Very helpful and friendly.
Hotel is spotless. Superior rooms are roomy. Good shower. Bed comfy. TV had good selection of channels. Air con good. Staff friendly and helpful in all situations.
Now the not so good stuff. No bar whatsoever in the hotel! You can't enjoy a well deserved drink after walking all day. Continental breakfast is limited and basic. Fridge in room - if it works - ain't worth the bother. Limited storage in rooms and basically nowhere to store bathroom items.
We enjoyed our time in Bucharest. However, not sure we'd return to this hotel if we ever came back. We missed a functioning bar and a cooked breakfast.

Fabulous Stay

Fabulous, very clean hotel. Had a great stay. If you have problems walking far, distance to Old Town and city centre is 4+ km, then I would suggest getting an Uber or Bolt taxi as prices are very cheap. There is a small bar in wardrobe. Only critism would be is the usual choice of a kettle and sachets, sugar, milk etc for hot beverages in rooms instead of having to go downstairs every time. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We had booked superior room for our stay, we arrived around 6pm, the room was clean & tidy however there was an overwhelming stench of sewage in the room & the room was boiling hot, we tried to use the air conditioning but that appeared to be broke & the mini bar/fridge inside the wardrobe was warm, as were the drinks, this was also not working.
We didn’t have robes/slippers in the room as advertised either.
There were no tea/coffee facilities, however not sure this is a thing in Romania.
For a 4 star hotel the service & the maintenance of the room was poor.
Couldn’t fault the cleanliness, spotless.
Staff were pretty miserable & didn’t seem attentive to sort the issues out.
Wouldn’t stay here again if we were to return. The area seemed pretty run down & there were no shops nearby to get snacks or drinks.
