Very nice beachfront five star hotel

Very nice near new five star beach front hotel with comfortable and well decorated rooms. Comfortable beds, siting area and great sea views from balcony. Excellent facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, plenty beaches of beach loungers, sauna and steam room in the wellness centre. Let down a bit by having only one restaurant option on site (and very limited other options nearby), which had variable quality food - breakfast buffet disappointing (quantity over quality with machine coffees and juices and supermarket yoghurt containers , but lunch/dinner much better). Service generally tried to be helpful even if a little inattentive. Still sorting out a few things but lots of potential.

Definitely avoid, it is not worth the money

The hotel is only 2 years old but is definitely a big disappointment regarding cleanliness, we informed the reception multiple times but nothing was done, the shower seal was defective, etc. We were in Opera next door in 2024, also not perfect but the rooms were always clean, etc. only the service staff in the restaurant is not friendly… that this hotel belongs to the IHG group is the definitive disappointment……

Best experience

I stayed at Crowne Plaza for my birthday weekend, and I can honestly say it was absolutely worth it and truly incredible. The hotel is beautiful, modern and spotless.
What made the experience exceptional was the staff. First and foremost, I would like to thank Marius for his kindness and professionalism, as well as his Front Office team. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional and always willing to help.
From the warm welcome at check-in with Teodora, to my interactions with Ruth and Mihaela, and especially Daria, who helped organize a birthday surprise for me ( such a thoughtful gesture on her part ). It is the little details that make all the difference.
I would also like to thank Abdul, as well as the gentlemen from Room Service and the Breakfast team, for always greeting us with a smile (unfortunately, I did not manage to remember their names).
As for the food, it was delicious and fresh! Whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was excellent.
I honestly don’t have enough words to praise this hotel for how wonderful it made me feel. It was an unforgettable experience and I look forward to returning.

New modern hotel..no complaints

Was there in the off-season (March) so the hotel had very few guests and no isuues with free parking but I imagine things are very different in the summer...Front desk staff and restaurant workers were all great..Newer hotel..Rooms were very modern..smart lights, electronic controls for everything....Sauna was very good...Gym is small but I have a local membership so I went to a Stay Fit..Hotel is right on the beach..I would stay there again...
