Amazing!

I first been there 2 years ago, and since then, I keep coming back because for me, this place is my second home. Cozy room, great location, staff is amazing and ready to assist you 24/7, and the feeling is priceless!

Good but needs a facelift!

Very good location, 10 min away from the old city centre, safe and quiet neighbourhood, friendly and supportive staff. But not a good deal for money since the hotel hasn't been refurbished for a long time, old furniture and not so clean rooms. Also, the hotel must have its own back up solution when there's no running water from the city water system.

Maybe it would have been nice if...

All I have to say is that the owners (the two young, sister and brother) are below the expectations made from reviewes read on booking.com and other like it.
Could this happens because of age, or lack of experience...or it is something more bad, grave?
I leave it to you, readers, to decide.
Ok.
We arrived at the villa and first wanted to see the room to choose if w'll stay or if w'll leave. It's normal, right? Not here.
The room...3 stars, nothing more.
The problem was with breakfast.
When I asked about it (in the presentation it was mentioned, there were also a foto with a table of max 2 ml, with a few PLATES with some cheese and salami) they said they don't serve it in the summer and then I "broke the villa's fengshui with my negativism" (I only asked why not change the presentation otherwise it seems like...) and that's no good for their business.
Thus, my money went elsewere.
They didn't care. They shrugged like "what if" when I told them I would comment.
One hour later the room was back on booking.com but, more expensive.
Maybe someone didn't broke the villa's fengshui.
What are we talking about here, people?
I'm ashimed of their shame.
So...decide if you'll go here!

Storyhouse with a soul

I had the pleasure to sleep in Edel, as in a Fairytale :)
The hosts are very warm and friendly, the design is tasteful and story-like, the breakfast was delicious and the over-all feeling was homey. I will surely come back :)

Kind hosts and great area !

Vila Edel is very comfortable, tidy and the location is wonderful. It's just in the center of the town where you have everything to your discretion. The hosts are very, very nice, they always try to give you what you want. I highly recommend this villa.
