Good report quality/ price
It is not your typical 3* accommodation, is mostly an apart hotel. But probably you are not looking for high end accommodation since you are in Costinesti. The good parts: close to the beach, to city center,to discos and restaurants and shops, big rooms(for both : studios and one bedroom apartment), the little kitchen allows you to have a quick breakfast, a coffee and a cool beer, large balcony some with sea view, if is not high season it is suitable for children and toddlers. The not so good parts: the parking lot is pretty small, even that we never had issues during our 10 nights stay, both in 2015 and 2016, nobody is cleaning the room, but if you need fresh linen and towels they are willing to help, the elevators are not functioning, the front desk opening hours are 9 to 8, it can get noisy, no courtyard/ playground/ barbeque available.
Overall it is a good location in Costinesti, the price is fair and the online photos are real.

High price for poor conditions
Staff was ok an location close to the beach; and that's all. This was not a good taste impression about the Romanian see apartments.
We (me my wife and a 2 years old girl) arrived at location on Saturday somewhere at 8 o clock. I specify the apartment have a twin bed and was ok (the couch is no good for 2 adults- so if you book , do it for 2 adults and 2 kids) The tv doesn't work (no stored channels and was a big soccer regarding Romania that night ), no wifi, and no decoration on walls..... I was felt like in a hospital; parking place is... If you can find one. This is a pure Romanian location for holliday if you prefer poor conditios ( and is not ceap).

Cisza i spokój
Miejsce spokojne, bez większych rewelacji. Mieszkanie duże, przestronne. Budynek, który jest najbliżej "recepcji" ma najlepszy zasięg Wi-Fi. Im bliżej morza tym gorzej. Dwie klimatyzacje w mieszkaniu, z czego jedna działająca. Czysto, spory balkon, ogólnie ok.Byłam tam w lipcu 2015, od tego czasu mogło się sporo zmienić.
