Not recommended

Unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. The hotel parking area is too small and insufficient for the number of guests. The restaurant was not operating due to maintenance work, and I was not informed about this in advance.
There was a serious issue with ants in my room – they were in the bathroom, in the room itself, and even in the bed, which was extremely unpleasant. In addition, the bathroom shower was broken and constantly making a suction/drain noise.
It was also very noisy due to traffic, which made it difficult to rest properly. Furthermore, my access card was deactivated one night before check-out, which caused additional inconvenience.
I hope these issues will be addressed in order to improve the experience for future guests.

Bad.

That's bad! I give this vote only for the service that the guy (Fabian) who "offers" in the buffet room! Uneducated Person,
who is NOT capable of doing his job! He snorts, complains, at every request, inadequate person not capable!
The apron he wears, he should wear it to go to school to learn education and how to work in a FOUR-STAR hotel.
I will not add more, out of respect for the hotel and colleagues who are all in all up to the task of the structure! I'm not going back.

Need total change!!

Unfortunately the reviews this time dazzled me.
Hotel located at the side of a major road.
Just entered the lobby nauseated by a perfume too strong and persistent that, unfortunately, is also present in the room.
Room with carpet and wallpaper that comes off , bed with mattress to change and unbearable heat.
Bathroom with sewer problems (terrible smell) and pieces of the shower coming off.
Let's not talk about breakfast or dinner, really low-key.
Only positive note the helpfulness of the staff.
I will not return to this hotel until it is renovated.
So much smoke but no roast!

Disappointed

Business trip and 4 star hotel attracted me. Unfortunately quickly disappointed expectations. Hotel 70s, very dark, the rooms brown and dark with brown carpet on the floor and wallpaper as in the 70s. Mattress in master bedroom smashed, woke up with back pain. The TV has only Romanian channels, some American channels and only Italian programs are RAI 1 and RAI 3. Restaurant always empty, very expensive for life in Romania and no local dishes. Small portions, dry meat, lacking traditional dishes. They put raisins in my couscous.... Very limited breakfast... in short, forget eating like in Italy. Very nice staff, helpful. Rooms cleaned daily with change of towels. In the fridge room already stocked with water, wine, soft drinks and chocolates on kitchens.

Great expectation

Good potential but poor service. Breakfast terrible not fresh bread cold and oily fried eggs and omlette. Room small and uncomfortable. The personal are at most not very helpfully but sometime they don't know how
